Note: To configure the PS/2 readers you will either need an ID Innovations USB MultiMode Adaptor coupled with our programming software or you will need a PS/2 keyboard connected to the reader to enter setup mode.

After connecting the keyboard to the reader, you enter the setup mode by pressing the following key sequence (Be sure that you have Windows notepad or some other programming running to capture and display any keyboard keystrokes that you may press): <Left Control> <CapsLock> <Right Shift> <Backspace>.  Once you press all and release these keys the reader will display "F1-F10 for options"
