BizTracker Software provides a comprehensive management system for your business. The software ranges from Point of Sale modules to full Back Office systems with full integration.

Both ouir PS/2 and USB Interface readers will operate with their software however they need to be configured to send only Track 2 of the credit card information, follow the steps below to configure the readers for use with the software:

PS/2 Interface

Steps: With your keyboard connected to the card reader and using Windows notepad or some other program you can type in, follow these steps:

  1. <Left Ctrl> <CapsLock> <Right Shift> <Backspace>  This will display the prompt "Press F1-F10 for options"
  2. Now press the F2 key and the reader will prompt "Enable Tracks: " 
  3. Press the right arrow until the option displays "Enable Tracks: 2" for Track 2 only. 
  4. Now press and hold down the following keys: <Left Ctrl> <Escape> and release both keys.  This will display the message "Setup Complete Changes saved".

USB Interface

Steps: After downloading and installing the Universal Programmer software you will want to run it and follow the steps below:

  1. Press F2 to display the Magstripe settings dialog.
  2. Use the Tab key or the mouse to position the cursor over the Enable Tracks setting and set it to 2. 
  3. Once you get the setting Click on the Ok button to save in memory.
  4. If the software does not prompt you to send the configuration to the reader you may click on the Send button on the Toolbar or you may choose the Send Configuration option from the File menu.  The reader will beep and you will see a progress bar run across the window indicating that the configuration is being sent to the reader.
